Graphite gasket

It is made of soft graphite flat gasket, and suitable for high temperature, strong corrosive media.

 Metal gasket

There are three main types:

1, Octagonal and oval-shaped pad. It is suitable for trapezoidal groove flange sealing surface

2, The tooth form is in the metal flat gasket sealing surface to produce a cone-shaped ripple, and it is suitable for convex flange sealing surface

3, The lens pad is suitable for the lens flange sealing surface

Metal gaskets are made of pure iron, very soft steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials.

Metal gasket sealing surface of the machining accuracy and surface roughness requirements are strict. The bolting force is high, and is suitable for high temperature and high pressure valves.

 Metal coated graphite gasket

It is made of thin metal coated asbestos gasket ring. And it’s generally used in the concave-convex flange sealing surface. And it is suitable for higher temperature and pressure valves 

Winding gaskets。

It is made of wave metal band and the sealing material band mixed and wound. There are steel - asbestos, steel - PTFE, steel - flexible graphite, and other materials. And it is generally used for convex flange sealing surface. Which is applicable to high temperature medium pressure valves.

PTFE gasket

It is generally used for tongue and groove sealing surface, there are PTFE and glass fiber folder Teflon two kinds of materials. It’s used in a variety of low-temperature strong corrosive medium . 

Asbestos rubber gaskets

It is applicable to smooth flange sealing surface, concave-convex flange sealing surface and tongue and groove flange sealing surface. The advantages are better corrosion resistance and thermal stability, good plasticity, with a small clamping force to ensure the seal. The shortage is low strength, easy to stick on the flange sealing surface. Asbestos rubber gaskets are made of universal asbestos board, anti-corrosion asbestos board, general use asbestos, acid asbestos board, oil asbestos board, folder metal wire asbestos board and other materials. It is used in the high temperature of medium pressure valves.
