1.Light weight: This valve is made by ductile iron in resin sand shape, with high strength and low load, the weight of the valve is 20%~30% lower than a traditional gate valve, which can be installed and maintained very conveniently.
2.Plain seat: The seat of a traditional gate valve is normally hollow type that increases fluid resistance sily piles up sundries like welding slag, stone, mud and sand etc, which is bad for seal and fluid face. However, the resilient seated seal gate valve produced by our company adopts a design of plain base type and straight through whole basin type which equals straigh pipes. It doesn't easily pile up sundries, ensuring reliable seal and making fluid flow smoothly.
3.Disc overall packaged with rubber: The valve disc adopts high quality rubber to package itself overall both inside and outside, the European top-ranking rubber vulcanization technology can not only make vulcanized valve ensure precise dimensions but also make rubber and ductile iron wedge bond and coat tightly, not easily coming off and having good memory of resilience.

5.Precise casting body: Body uses precise casting so that accurate dimensions can make body's inner part without any machining, ensuring good function of seal. Framework of the valce plate applies ductile iron, packaging with rubber overall, which owns accurate dimensions, tight bonding and coating, ang good memory of resilience. It is not coming off ang can interchange.
6.Anti-corrosion: The body's inside and outside adopt pulverous epoxy resin to do coating. The inner part uses stainless steel and copper alloy to prevent the corrosion and rusty, which can be used for sewage system and rusty, which can be used for sewage system and severe environment like underground.
7.Not easily crumbled: The traditional cast iron gate valve is normally caused to crumble by hitting, crashing and heavy pressing, etc. Use of ductile iron material, reduce most of such condition.
8.O ring seal ring: Body adopts the design of three layers of "O" type seal ring, which can reduce friction resistance caused by opening and closing, lessen leakage greatly and change the seal ring under the condition of water supply.
